Need Feature to hide internal comments from Guests

    thank you for your valuable feedback.

    I've forwarded your request to our Backlog product team and developers for consideration.


    Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to hide comments from Guest users.

    For a workaround now, I imagined if you only want to allow Guests/Clients to be able to submit issues (but not see comments), you can use Adding issues via email, or an adaptation of that such as Using Google Forms to add issues.
