You can set the actual hours required to complete the issue by editing or commenting on the Issue. This record will be utilized in the future by adding up the hours and displaying them after you export your Issues to CSV or Excel. Similar to Start Date and Estimated Hours, this feature is available only when "Use Charts" is selected under Project Settings by your Project Administrator.
